Freedom from the fiat currency oppression

Certainly the beginning of the revolt against the corporations that control our lives is to shake off their automated debt mechanisms. The most important of these mechanisms is their fiat currency. They control it and, through that, control us. The "money" we so dearly acquire and trade is worth less than nothing, since it represents a government's debt to the international banking conglomerates. We sell our capability to produce and in return receive IOUs. Time to look to a medium of exchange that cannot be manipulated and controlled by the powers that be.

Bitcoin's real revolution isn't hard money -- it's economic panarchy

Welcome to endless global war

"Policies that were wrong under George W. Bush are no less wrong because Barack Obama is in the White House."

"That many Democratic partisans and fervent Obama admirers are vapid, unprincipled hacks willing to justify anything and everything when embraced by Obama - including exactly that which they pretended to oppose under George W. Bush - has also been clear for many years."

The facts exposed in the chart above didn’t happen by accident. The system has been rigged by those in power to enrich them, while impoverishing the masses. When you gain control over the issuance of currency, issuance of debt, tax system, political system and legal apparatus, you’ve essentially hijacked the country and can funnel all the benefits to yourself and costs to the math challenged, government educated, brainwashed dupes, known as the masses. But there is a problem for the 0.1%. Their sociopathic personalities never allow them to stop plundering and preying upon the sheep. They have left nothing but carcasses of the once proud hard working middle class across the country side. There are only so many Lear jets, estates in the Hamptons, Jaguars, and Rolexes the 0.1% can buy. There are only 152,000 of them. Their sociopathic looting and pillaging of the national wealth has destroyed the host. When 90% of the population can barely subsist, collapse and revolution beckon.

A few powerful men have hijacked our economic, financial and political structure. They aren’t socialists or capitalists. They’re criminals. They created the culture of materialism, greed and debt, sustained by prodigious levels of media propaganda. Our culture has been led to believe that debt financed consumption over morality and justice is the path to success. In reality, we’ve condemned ourselves to a slow painful death spiral of debasement and despair.

You have to realize that what they’re trying to do is to roll back the Enlightenment, roll back the moral philosophy and social values of classical political economy and its culmination in Progressive Era legislation, as well as the New Deal institutions. They’re not trying to make the economy more equal, and they’re not trying to share power. Their greed is (as Aristotle noted) infinite. So what you find to be a violation of traditional values is a re-assertion of pre-industrial, feudal values. The economy is being set back on the road to debt peonage. The Road to Serfdom is not government sponsorship of economic progress and rising living standards, it’s the dismantling of government, the dissolution of regulatory agencies, to create a new feudal-type elite.

False Flags

“This and no other is the root from which a tyrant springs; when he first appears he is a protector.”
- Plato
“If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.”
- U.S. President James Madison
“A history of false flag attacks used to manipulate the minds of the people! “In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations, and epochs it is the rule.”
Friedrich Nietzsche
“Terrorism is the best political weapon for nothing drives people harder than a fear of sudden death”.
- Adolf Hitler
“Why of course the people don’t want war … But after all it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship … Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”
- Hermann Göring
“The easiest way to gain control of a population is to carry out acts of terror. [The public] will clamor for such laws if their personal security is threatened.”
- Josef Stalin

A very sad year

We've lost Mick Farren, Trevor Bolder, Clive Burr, Jeff Hanneman, Alvin Lee and Peter Banks. It feels like there's no more rock & roll. The Telegraph has a great obituary of sorts for Farren (who died on stage with The Deviants as fate would have it) here. Trevor was a Spider from Mars and long-time member of Uriah Heep -- Hull has lost another of its finest sons.

Contra-NYC

I don't know how this slipped under the RADAR for me, but Arthur Googy has a project with a few other NYC luminaries and the line-up looks like this:
Arthur Googy: Vocals
Billy Ficca: Drums
Brian Goss: Guitar
George Musa: Bass

Or like this, according to ReverbNation:
Arthur Googy: Vocals
Eric Miles: Drums
George Musa: Bass
Brian Goss: Guitar

At any rate, you can find them at the usual locations:

Both the songs are all right. Nothing spectacular, but solid. The Goog's voice echoes a lot of the old NYC scene and the musicianship is top-notch. Definitely worth a listen. I am left wanting more. Not a lot to be found out about them on the intertubes, but I hope this isn't dead in the water.

EDIT (10 May 2013):
"East of First" is brilliant. It swims somewhere in the same waters that The Stooges, The Voidoids and The Jabbers occupied. Goog's voice is perfect and the leads sizzle with barely-restrained violence. I want more of this.
