The problem I have w/ people who choose a Police career is they become insufferable cunts the moment they don the uniform - as if it's some license to be obnoxious.
There's that, of course. Here in the States most of our gaols and prisons are privatised, so the policeman's job is now to fill cells and not worry about the law or any other such nonsense.
